Layers of plywood or so called veneers, are glued together with a grain angle adjusted to create stronger results. Usually this layer is stacked in an odd number to prevent the occurrence of warping and can create a balanced construction. An even layer can produce boards that are unstable and easily distorted. Currently plywood has been available in various thicknesses, ranging from 0.8 mm to 25 mm with different quality levels.
Disadvantages of plywood. The durability possessed by plywood against extreme weather is continuously no better than solid wood. Plywood is not suitable for use as raw material for making tools and household furniture that is outdoor. Transportation of plywood from the place of purchase to the work site should be done carefully considering the thin size. Sometimes found plywood that has a surface less smooth and wavy. Merging of several plywood sheets should wear a shoot to maximize the result. The level of precision on the thickness side is not good, especially if the surface of plywood is wavy. It takes a high level of accuracy to finishing on plywood so that the results as desired.
Teakblock is a sheet of teak planks. In contrast to solid teak wood, teakblock made of teak sheets are stacked into a single unit. Considering the price is quite expensive, teakblock usually only used as wood coating material. Besides having a very good strength, teakblock also superior because it has a variety of motives.
How to install bricks. Installation of zero stone. Why is it called stone zero? Because the installation of zero stone is usually done to a zero height in the building of a house or building. A zero stone is mounted on top of a sloof or a continuous foundation, with reference to the pre made floor plan. The zero stones should be installed as accurately as possible to match the drawing of the development plan. Use reference yarn when mounting stones to create a straight and neat pair of bricks. Advanced installation. After installing a zero stone, we can continue the installation of another brick wall above it. This continued installation should also be controlled by reference threads. Provide distance at each meeting between brick and column iron. Iron and bricks should have a minimum distance of 2.5 cm to 3 cm, so that the process of casting the column later can be done well and dense. Do a column casting at a certain height. Do the casting on the column when the height of the brick approximately already reaches 1.2 m to 1.5 m. This is done to prevent the bricks from collapsing, before proceeding to put another brick on it. Casting should also be done when the bricks have dried out.
